Basic working principle of ultrasonic quilting machine

when ultrasonic quilting machine is connected with 380v voltage supply, it starts to work and arise output frequency to be like 15khz,18khz and 20khz, the electricity pass through the transducer and electric energy is converted into mechanical vibration,after booster adjust oscillation amplitude,20khz ultrasonic vibration will appear on steel horn and quickly transmitted to fabrics while horn is touched with ultrasonic quilting roller, so the fabrics are bonded together and designed quilting effect is finished.
