When 220V or 110V voltage is connected to ultrasonic spot welding machine generator,the output of ultrasonic frequency is raised to 20KHz.This current  turns electric energy into mechanical vibration wave through ultrasonic booster  and output from ultrasonic horn,finally the various patterns can be formed on fabric which is between welding pattern mold and ultrasonic horn.
