Our company research and development "non-woven cap" independently, is the production of elastic non-woven or PE hood of the special machinery, the product is suitable for hospitals or dust-free industries. The machine is stainless steel structure, independent electrical control box, only one person operation, from the feeding to the molding, counting, collection to complete the automatic control.

5. The highest capacity can reach 260pcs/min for non woven cap,  120pcs/min for PE cap;

6. High efficiency and long life-span, low area consumption and low noise;

7. Raw material can use 9~12g PP spunbond/non woven/pe
